TRACK 1: SAFe in Government Technical Talks

This track focuses on big solutions in a complex regulatory environment that often require high-assurance systems. Managing large systems and portfolios requires skills beyond an Agile Release Train (ART) or Solution Train. SAFe Fellows will share their experiences and discuss the skills necessary to succeed in this environment.

TRACK 2: Implementing SAFe in Government

In this track, you’ll gain insight into how to accomplish a successful SAFe implementation in the complex government space. Presenters will share how a customer followed those patterns within the implementation roadmap, plus provide techniques to sell up in your organization and overcome procurement challenges.
